Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the leather remains in its original, unworn condition.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
