What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange through our online portal for a full refund.

Do you offer a warranty on your leather goods?

Yes, all Velez Artisan products come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

How should I care for my leather item?

To maintain the quality of your leather, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. Clean with a soft, damp cloth and apply a high-quality leather conditioner every 3-6 months to keep the hide supple.
